Prices vary depending on your needs. We begin with a free consultation via video call to understand your goals and challenges.

Are the training courses a one-off or ongoing?
That’s entirely up to you.
We offer standalone training sessions designed around your immediate goals, or we can develop a longer-term coaching and training programme with regular sessions throughout the year.

Will there be a delegate handbook or materials provided?
Yes - every attendee receives a professionally designed workbook at the start of the course.

How do I pay for a Mitra training session?
For bespoke training, we invoice 50% in advance and the remaining 50% upon delivery of the training programme.
For scheduled open courses at conference centres, full payment is required upon booking via our Local Courses page.

What is your refund policy?
We understand that plans can change.
100% refund if cancellation is received in writing 8 weeks before the course date
No refunds for cancellations within 8 weeks of the training date, but we will endeavour to work with you to find a suitable alternative date, within 3 months of the original scheduled training.
